INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information You Provide to Us Directly. We may collect information about You directly from You. For example, if You register to use Our Services, We will collect Your name and email address; if You make a purchase from Us, We will collect Your payment card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address. We will also collect any other information that You provide to Us through Our Services, such as Your company name, phone number, or information that You provide to Us if You Contact Us through Our Site. This information is kept for as long as You are Our customer and use Our services.
Information We Collect Automatically. Service Providers. We may disclose Your information to Our vendors, service providers, agents, distributors or retailers, including repair and installation mechanical shops performing installation or repair of Our Products, or others who perform functions on Our behalf. For example, we may disclose Your information to third-party service providers to process payments on Our behalf, such as Shopify.
If You choose a direct payment gateway to complete Your purchase, then Shopify collects and stores Your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (“PCI-DSS”). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete Your purchase transaction. After that is complete, Your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by Us and its service providers. We encourage You to review any and all of the payment gateways and other payment transaction processors’ Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.
Business Partners. We may disclose Your information to business partners, such as sponsors of conferences, including so that those partners may market to You directly.
Business Transfers. We may disclose Your information to another entity in connection with, including during negotiations of, an acquisition or merger, sale or transfer of a business unit or assets, bankruptcy proceeding, or as part of any other similar business transfer.

COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING MECHANISMS
Cookies. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that We transfer to Your computer’s hard drive through Your web browser for record-keeping purposes. Some cookies allow Us to make it easier for You to navigate Our Services, while others are used to enable a faster log-in process or to allow Us to track Your activities while using Our Services. Clear GIFs, pixel tags, and other technologies. Clear GIFs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on Your computer’s hard drive, clear GIFs are embedded invisibly on web pages. We may use clear GIFs (also referred to as web beacons, web bugs, or pixel tags) in connection with Our Services to, among other things, track the activities users of Our Services, help Us manage content, and compile statistics about usage of Our Services. We and Our third party service providers also use clear GIFs in HTML emails to Our customers, to help Us track email response rates, identify when Our emails are viewed, and track whether Our emails are forwarded.

ACCESSING, MODIFYING, OR DELETING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Please note that We may retain certain information about You as required by law or as permitted by law for legitimate business purposes. For example, if You request that we delete Your information but We believe that You have violated our Terms of Service, We may retain information about You in order to attempt to resolve the issue before deleting it.

Our Services are not targeted to any person under the age of eighteen (18), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from such persons. If we discover that a person under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our systems.
