Nous avons étudié et testé différentes avenues pendant plusieurs mois afin de vous proposer un kit complet et performant répondant aux standards de qualité Lachute Performance. Ce kit est entièrement fabriqué et assemblé dans nos ateliers.
Plusieurs particularités intéressantes distinguent le kit turbo Lachute Performance des autres offerts sur le marché.
En voici quelques-uns :
Le collecteur d’échappement (headers) est fabriqué selon nos plus hauts standards de qualité. Sa conception favorise un haut débit d’échappement vers le turbo et optimise sa durabilité. Il est complètement fait d’acier inoxydable 304 et les soudures au TIG sont entièrement purgées. Elles sont donc aussi solides voire plus résistantes que les tuyaux qu’elles unissent. Les 4 ‘’slip-joints’’ à double couche permettent aussi au headers de se dilater librement sous l’effet de la chaleur sans causer de pertes indésirables, ce qui réduit énormément les risques de fissure.
Le ‘’downpipe’’ est lui aussi complètement fabriqué d’acier inoxydable de grade 304. Il comporte deux ‘’bungs’’ pour les sondes à oxygène d’origine ainsi qu’un troisième pour des besoins de tuning ou simplement pour l’ajout d’un indicateur de mélange air/essence avec sa propre sonde. Il comporte aussi des flanges de type ‘’V-Band’’ pour une installation et un entretien facile.
Le kit comprend aussi un adaptateur pour passer du downpipe 3 pouces à un échappement 2.5 pouces. Il est possible d’avoir un adaptateur entièrement en 3 pouces sur demande.
Toutes les autres composantes nécessaires au bon fonctionnement sont aussi incluses dans le kit.

Un intercooler frontal avec une capacité de refroidissement de 475 chevaux en plus de toute sa tuyauterie ainsi qu’un cold air intake Lachute Performance. Nous offrons le powdercoat en option au coût de 600$.
Un réservoir ainsi qu’une pompe à lave-glace de remplacement.
Une fixation afin de soutenir le poids du turbocompresseur.
Plusieurs gaines protectrices contre la chaleur.
Un bung retour d’huile soudé au carter d’huile ainsi que toute la tuyauterie nécessaire a son branchement.
Et finalement un turbocompresseur de marque Garrett.
Nous offrons aussi le ‘’heat wrap’’ sur les headers et le downpipe ainsi qu’un coupe chaleur sur le turbo en option.
Le kit turbo STAGE 1 Lachute Performance permettra d’augmenter la puissance de votre Brz à environs 315-330 chevaux.

We have studied and tested multiple parts and solutions for several months so we could offer you a complete and well performing kit that would be up to Lachute Performance’s quality requirements. This kit is entirely fabricated, installed and tuned in our facility.
Here are some more details about what makes our kit strong and reliable.
The exhaust manifold is made with the strictest quality standards. It is completely assembled with 304 stainless steel and entirely TIG welded and back purged. This makes the welds as strong as or even stronger than the parts they unite. The 4 double layer slip-joints also allow the headers to expand and retract with heat without any leaks, which considerably reduces the risks of cracking.
The downpipe is also completely fabricated from 304 stainless steel. It has two bungs for both original oxygen sensors and a third one to accommodate for any tuning needs or wideband air/fuel ratio gauge install. It is also completely mounted on V-band flanges for ease of installation and maintenance.
An adaptor is included to transition from the 3 inch downpipe to any 2.5 inch exhaust overpipe. A 3 inch adaptor can be made upon order.
All the necessary parts to make this kit completely functional are also included.

A replacement windshield washer bottle and pump to accommodate for intercooler piping.
An exhaust manifold bracket to hold the weight of the turbocharger.
Many heat protection sleeves.
An oil return bung that will be welded to the oil pan along with all the necessary hoses and fittings to make it work.
And Finally, a Garrett Turbocharger.
We also offer a heat wrap option for the exhaust manifold and downpipe.
The STAGE 1 Lachute Performance will effectively increase your car’s horsepower around 315hp to 330hp.
