The LP400R is equipped with the same discs and calipers that are found on racing LP400. Brembo calipers developed in partnership with Race Technologies LLC. The floating discs ventilated and have better cooling capacity. Moreover, these discs and calipers are lighter than the original brake system.

The rear calipers piston are replaced with titanium pistons, which offer optimum performance even when the temperature is very high.
The LP400R is equipped with Brembo and Ferrodo brake pads to provide an outstanding braking during track use.
Eliminates “spongy” brake pedal feel, reduce braking distance, and increase the safety and drivability these Goodridge race proven, D.O.T. approved, stainless steel braided and Teflon lined brake lines come standard on the LP400.
The original fluid was replaced by a fluid carrying a higher temperature rating. Allowing the latter to maintain its effectiveness in high stress or higher temperature.
To extend the benefit of maximum braking efficiency, we added to the LP400R a system of "air duct" that was developed by our team. This is a complete system including fixed and solid pipes, back plates, and hole traps in front of the bumper.
